ARCADIA, Calif. (Dec. 23, 2019) – Northern California Yearling Sale graduate Lakerball is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $75,000 Lady of Shamrock Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Santa Anita.
Lakerball is by Lakerville, out of the Capsized mare Category Ten, was bred by Rancho de Los Aviadores, is owned by Pappas Horse Racing Corp., Purple Rein Racing or Roberts and is trained by Doug O’Neill.
The multiple stakes winner has three wins in 10 starts, earnings of $163,176 and is coming off a 10th in the Dec. 1 Matriarch.
