PLEASANTON, Calif. (July 28, 2015) — The 2015 California Thoroughbred Breeders Association Northern California yearling and horses of racing age sale has drawn 193 horses for its Aug. 11 auction.
According to the Daily Racing Form, 174 yearlings and 19 horses of racing age will go through the ring at the Alameda County Fair Grounds in Pleasanton, Calif. Although most of the horses are California-breds, several other states’ breeding programs will be represented also, including New York, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Arizona.
The catalog includes first-crop yearlings for ten stallions, including Shackleford, Coil, and Acclamation among others.
