NorCal Sale Graduate Among Curribot Entries

SUNLAND PARK, N.M. (Jan. 26, 2023) – Northern California Yearling Sale graduate Magic Is Flying and fellow California-breds Clayton Delaney and Dubronsky are entered in Sunday’s $75,000 Curribot Handicap at Sunland Park.

Clayton Delaney is by Grazen, out of the Bertrando mare Sudden Sunday, was bred by Nick Alexander, is owned by Jeremy Ramsland and trained by Dick Cappelucci. He has four wins in 20 starts, earnings of $177,488 and is coming off a fifth in a Feb. 10 optional claimer.

Dubronsky is by Vronsky, out of the Cee’s Tizzy mare Moonlight Tizzy, was bred by Robert Jones & Stephen Post, is owned by Christopher Roybal and trained by Carlos Acosta Jr. He has four wins in 18 starts, earnings of $66,786 and is coming off a fourth in a Feb. 21 claimer.

Magic Is Flying is by Musketier, out of the Forty Won mare Magic Forty Won, was bred by Equine Formula 1 LLC/Eric Knipe, is owned by Westside Racing Stable and trained by Lillian Silva. The $3,500 purchase at the Northern California Yearling Sale has two wins in 18 starts, earnings of $63,171 and is coming off a Jan. 3 allowance win.
