ARCADIA, Calif. (Oct. 25, 2018) – Stakes winner Pulpit Rider and fellow California-bred Streak of Luck are entered in Saturday’s $100,000 Grade III Autumn Miss Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Santa Anita.
Pulpit Rider is by Lucky Pulpit, out of the Ride the Rails mare Lady Railrider, was bred by owners Mr. and Mrs. Larry Williams and is trained by Mike Puype. She has five wins in 13 starts, earnings of $322,853 and is coming off a seventh in the Sept. 29 Unzip Me.
Streak of Luck is by Old Fashioned, out of the Elusive Quality mare Valeria, was bred by owner Roncelli Family Trust and is trained by Matthew Chew. She has four wins in 13 starts, earnings of $163,964 and is coming off a consecutive optional claiming wins.
