HOBBS, N.M. (Nov. 26, 2013) – Real Heat is the lone California-bred entered in Wednesday’s rescheduled $200,000 Zia Park Derby for 3-year-olds.
Real Heat is by Unusual Heat, out of the Ole mare Chi Chi Nette, was bred by Madeline Auerbach and Barry Abrams, is owned by Class Racing Stable and trained by Bart Hone.
He has two wins in 13 starts, earnings of $88,370 and is coming off an Oct. 22 allowance win.
