DES MOINES, Iowa (July 27, 2019) – Unbeaten Richard Ronald, a Louisiana-bred son of California stallion Misremembered, won Friday’s $65,000 Prairie Gold Juvenile Stakes for 2-year-olds at Prairie Meadows.
Richard Ronald is out of the Tale of the Cat mare Reining Cats, ran the six furlongs in 1:11.28 and won by a head at odds of 5-2 in the field of six.
He has won both of his starts with earnings of $55,800.
