AUBURN, Wash. (Aug. 23, 2020) – Sacagewea is the lone California-bred entered in Thursday’s $40,000 Barbara Shinpoch Stakes for 2-year-old fillies at Emerald Downs.
Sacagewea is by Indian Evening, out of the Tavasco mare Red Rachel, was bred by owner George Todaro and is trained by Tim Wenzel.
She has one win in two starts, earnings of $11,563 and is coming off a July 23 maiden win.
