ARCADIA, Calif. (Sept. 7, 2023)—With Santa Anita’s 19-day Autumn Meet now open, the track’s popular MyRaceHorse Seabiscuit Stable Area Tram Tours will be offered each weekend.
Tours will depart from the parking lot west of Clockers’ Corner at 9:45 a.m. Fans are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to departure and are asked to visit santaanita.com/tramtour to see the full schedule and book a seat on the tour. (Reservations will take priority over walk-up requests).

Fans can once again visit The Great Race Place each morning free of charge seven days a week, with breakfast service available beginning at 6 a.m. at Clockers’ Corner, which is nestled at the top of Santa Anita’s legendary stretch.
Presented by MyRaceHorse.com, the Seabiscuit Tram tours will depart from Clockers’ Corner each Saturday and Sunday at 9:45 a.m. and offer fans an “inside the ropes” experience as they wind their way through Santa Anita’s massive stable area—home to 1,700 Thoroughbreds.
Each tour includes a fully narrated presentation, which includes up to date information on the wide variety of stables that currently call Santa Anita home. Paige Rickerd, an accomplished horsewoman who oversees the care and management of Santa Anita’s team of Clydesdale and Hackney-bred horses, will share her equine insights with visitors each Saturday, while retired jockey Iggy Puglisi entertains fans with his unique perspective on the Sport of Kings each Sunday.
“I’m excited to host the Seabiscuit Tours,” said Puglisi. “It’s important to show new and core racing fans how much care goes into the horses every morning. As a jockey, I made my living by connecting with the horses I rode and now, I’m hoping to connect in a very positive way with the people that make our game go, our fans.”
