LEXINGTON, Ky. (Apr. 12, 2023) – Stakes winner Sassy Nature is the lone California-bred entered in Friday’s $250,000 FanDuel Limestone Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at Keeneland.
Sassy Nature is by Straight Fire, out of the After Market mare Renee’s Queen, was bred by Straight Fire, LLC, is owned by C T R Stables and trained by Luis Mendez.
She has three wins in five starts, earnings of $151,440 and is coming off a win in the Mar. 25 Melody of Colors Stakes at Gulfstream Park.
