Beep-beep: Shred the Rules Wins Roadrunner

HOBBS, N.M. (Oct. 31, 2018) – California-bred Shred the Rules survived a stretch-long duel to win Tuesday’s $50,000 Roadrunner Stakes at Zia Park.
Shred the Rules is by Tribal Rule, out of the In Excess mare Shred the Excess, was bred by McCormick & Son, is owned by Bill Guess and trained by Susan Arnett.
He has five wins in 12 starts, earnings of $122,149 and was coming off a second in an Aug. 16 optional claimer. He ran the six furlongs in 1:09.61 and won by a neck at odds of 6-1.
