AUBURN, Wash. (July 24, 2022) – Slew’s Tiz Whiz, a Washington-bred son of California stallion Slew’s Tiznow, rallied late to win Sunday’s 50,000 Governor’s Stakes at Emerald Downs.
Slew’s Tiz Whiz is out of the Rosberg mare Ros’s Girl. He ran the 6 ½ furlongs in 1:14.73 and won by 2 ½ lengths at odds of 9-1.
Slew’s Tiz Whiz has five wins in 12 starts and earnings of $88,207.
