Smarty Party Papa is by Papa Clem, out of the Smarty Jones mare Lil’l Smarty Pants, was bred by Legacy Ranch, is owned by Jayne Smith and trained by S Hall.
He has nine wins in 34 starts, earnings of $110,113 and is coming off a second in the Apr. 13 Dowd Mile.
