OCALA, Fla. (June 7, 2022) – A California-bred daughter of Square Eddie sold for $140,000 at Tuesday’s opening session of the Ocala Breeders’ Sale June 2-Year-Olds Sale.
The filly, out of the Momentum mare Puff Pastry, was bred by Reddam Racing, consigned by Wavertree Stables, agent, and purchased by Mike Akers, agent. In the pre-sale under-tack work, she sped one furlong in :10 seconds.
She is a full sister to Square Peggy, a stakes-placed winner of $276,504.
