Stallion Grazen Gets First Winner

ALBANY, Calif. (Dec. 28, 2013) – California stallion Grazen was represented by his first winner Saturday when Grazen’s Hope won the seventh race at Golden Gate, a maiden special weight for 2-year-olds.

Grazen’s Hope is out of the Bartok mare Chelcee’s Hope, was bred by owner Nick Alexander and trained by Steven Miyadi.

He won at first asking, running the six furlongs in 1:09.87 and winning by two lengths at odds of 24-1.
