DEL MAR, Calif. (Aug. 31, 2017) – Northern California Yearling Sale graduate Take the One O One and California-sired Cono are entered in Monday’s $100,000 Del Mar Juvenile Turf for 2-year-olds.
Cono is a Kentucky-bred by Lucky Pulpit, out of the Cowboy Cal mare Cashmere, was bred by owners John & Diane Fradkin and is trained by Michael McCarthy. He has one win in four starts, earnings of $49,545 and is coming off a fourth in the Aug. 6 Graduation.
Take the One O One is by Acclamation, out of the Jump Start mare North Freeway, was bred by Thomas Bachman, is owned by Jay Em Ess Stables and trained by Brian Koriner. The $47,000 purchase at the Northern California Yearling Sale has one win in two starts, earnings of $45,000 and is coming off an Aug. 6 maiden win.
