DEL MAR, Calif. (Aug. 30, 2018) – Northern California Yearling Sale graduate and multiple stakes winner Take the One O One is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $250,000 Grade II Del Mar Derby for 3-year-olds.
Take the One O One is by Acclamation, out of the Jump Start mare North Freeway, was bred by Thomas Bachman, is owned by Jay Em Ess Stable and trained by Brian Koriner.
The $47,000 purchase at the Northern California Yearling Sale has four wins in nine starts, earnings of $341,181 and is coming off back-to-back wins in the Snow Chief and Real Good Deal.
