DEL MAR, Calif. (July 21, 2022) — Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) invites all members to the Southern California Annual Meeting on Saturday, Aug. 13, at 8:30 a.m. in the Veranda Cafe at Del Mar Race Track. The general business meeting will allow directors an opportunity to bring the membership up to date on important issues and will include a question-and-answer session. Award presentations will also be made to the winners of the annual Owner Awards, and a complimentary buffet breakfast will be served.
