DEL MAR, Calif. (July 23, 2023) – Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) invites all members to the Southern California Annual Meeting, to be held in the Veranda Café at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club, Saturday, Aug. 12, at 8:30 a.m.
The general business meeting will allow directors an opportunity to bring the membership up to date on important issues and will include a question-and-answer session. Award presentations will also be made to the winners of the Chairman’s Award, annual Owner Awards, and a complimentary buffet breakfast will be served.
On Sunday, Aug. 13, TOC and Del Mar Thoroughbred Club invite licensed owners to join us for an Owner Appreciation reception from 3:30-6:30 p.m. Enjoy an afternoon with fellow owners, music, and food at the Plaza de Mexico Fountain (stretch run side of the grandstand) at Del Mar Racetrack. We welcome you to bring one guest.
