DEL MAR, Calif. (Aug. 16, 2023) – The Thoroughbred Owners of California is hosting a Women’s Horseplayer Event at the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club on Thursday, Aug. 24, beginning at noon in the Directors’ Room.
The event, featuring horseplayers Judy Wagner and Alexa Zepp, will benefit the California Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Foundation. Cost is $50 per person. No CHRB license is required.
