Unusual Way Enters Harvest

FRESNO, Calif. (Oct. 8, 2014) – Multiple stakes winner Unusual Way and fellow California-bred Hidethegoodstuff are entered in Saturday’s $50,000 Harvest Stakes for fillies and mares at Fresno.

Hidethegoodstuff is by Old Topper, out of the Storm Boot mare Minimums Minimums, was bred by owner Tommy Town Thoroughbreds and is trained by Jerry Hollendorfer. She has three wins in 14 starts, earnings of $142,012 and is coming off an Aug. 29 allowance race in which she lost the rider.

Unusual Way is by Unusual Heat, out of the Great Above mare Way Up, was bred by Thomas Bachman, is owned by Tedward Brown and Philip Lebherz and is trained by Jeff Bonde. She has five wins in 19 starts, earnings of $712,165 and is coming off a seventh in the July 19 California Governor’s Cup.
