Whine for Wine Enters Bill Thomas

SUNLAND PARK, N.M. (Mar. 13, 2016) – Whine for Wine is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $100,000 Bill Thomas Memorial Stakes at Sunland Park.

He is by Ministers Wild Cat, out of the Jump Start mare Mrs. Began, was bred by owner Tommy Town Thoroughbreds and is trained by Johnnie Nall.

He has three wins in 17 starts, earnings of $173,500 and is coming off a sixth in the Feb. 28 Curribot Handicap.
