INGLEWOOD, Calif. (Apr. 28, 2012) – In his third try in this race, Mobilized rallied from last to give jockey Rafael Bejarano five wins on the Gold Rush XIII card and take Saturday’s $125,000 Tiznow Stakes for California-breds at Betfair Hollywood Park.Mobilized is by Soul of the Matter, out of the Red Ransom mare Valleyofthebells, was bred by Robert Reseigne, is owned by Double JH Stables and Estate of Robert Reseigne and is trained by Gary Mandella.
He has six wins in 22 starts, earnings of $263,830 and was coming off a Mar. 30 allowance win. He ran the 7 ½ furlongs in 1:29.47 and won by seven lengths at odds of 5-2. Italian Rules was second and Kingpin Ryno third.
Mobilized finished third in the race in 2010 and 2011. He is a half-brother of stakes winner Bellsblade.
