ALBANY, Calif. (Feb. 7, 2020) – California stallion Tom’s Tribute was represented by his first winner on Friday when Ecologist won the fourth race at Golden Gate.
Ecologist is out of the Exchange Rate mare Lady Katfish, was bred by owner DP Racing and trained by Sherrie Monroe.
The 3-year-old gelding ran the 5 ½ furlongs in 1:04.08 and won by 1 ½ lengths in his debut at odds of 47-1.
