Cal-bred Pair in Santa Monica

ARCADIA, Calif. (Jan. 20, 2016) – Stakes winner Kiss at Midnight and fellow California-bred Lost Bus are entered in Saturday’s $200,000 Grade II Santa Monica Stakes for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.

Kiss at Midnight is by Decarchy, out of the Distinctive Cat mare Mink Kiss, was bred by Steven Greco, is owned by Marasa, Messineo or Robershaw, et al and is trained by Richard Baltas. She has four wins in 11 starts, earnings of $273,180 and is coming off a second in the Dec. 30 Kalookan Queen.

Lost Bus is by Bring the Heat, out of the Stravinsky mare Frysland, was bred by John Haagsma & Wesley Ward, is owned by Terry Lovingier and is trained by Gary Sherlock. She has two wins in 10 starts, earnings of $136,018 and is coming off a third in the Dec. 30 Kalookan Queen.
