SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Dec. 9, 2022) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct a meeting on Thursday, December 15, 2022, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Cal Expo. The Jockey and Driver Welfare Committee will meet the previous day at 1:00 p.m., also at Cal Expo. These meetings will be open to the public. Those providing unsolicited public comment on individual agenda items will be limited to two minutes. Comments must relate specifically to the agenda items. Note that for agenda item #12 of the Board meeting and agenda item #3 of the committee meeting, Public Comment, no further comments will be permitted after 30 minutes. For those who do not attend, the webcast audio link on the CHRB website will provide a way to listen to the meeting.
