ARCADIA, Calif. (Nov. 9, 2013) — The location for the December 17 meeting of the California Horse Racing Board will be the Baldwin Terrace Room at Santa Anita Park. The starting time and agenda for the meeting will be posted on the CHRB Website no later than Friday, December 6.
