DEL MAR, Calif. (Aug. 21, 2016) — The California Horse Racing Board will conduct its regular monthly meeting Thursday, August 25, preceded by committee meetings Monday and Wednesday, all at Del Mar’s Surfside Race Place and open to the public. The Race Dates Committee will meet Monday beginning at 11 a.m. The Medication and Track Safety Committee will meet Wednesday beginning at 11 a.m. followed by the Legislative, Legal and Regulations Committee at 2 p.m. The regular Board meeting will commence at 9:30 a.m. Thursday. An audio-only webcast of the Board meeting can be heard through a link on the CHRB website (webcast). The Board agenda and supporting package of materials as well as the Race Dates Committee agenda and package, Medication Committee agenda and package, and Legislative Committee agenda and package all are available on the CHRB website.
