EDMONTON, Alberta (Aug. 22, 2023) – Grigoro is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $100,000 Northlands Distaff Handicap for fillies and mares at Century Mile.
Grigoro is by Haimish Hy, out of the Colonel John mare Royal Flush Babe, was bred by Art Sherman & Zvika Akin, is owned by Al Pitchko and trained by Rodney Cone.
She has nine wins in 32 starts, earnings of $110,983 and is coming off a win in an Aug. 12 optional claimer.
