I’m So Anna Captures Campanile Stakes

ALBANY, Calif. (Apr. 25, 2021) – I’m So Anna scored her second stakes victory on Sunday when she wired the field in the $76,800 Campanile Stakes for Golden State Series eligible 3-year-old fillies at Golden Gate.

I’m So Anna is by Fast Anna, out of the Jet West mare So So Fast, was bred by owner KMN Racing and trained by Steve Sherman. She has three wins in 10 starts, earnings of $174,240 and was coming off a third in Apr. 3 Evening Jewel.

She ran the mile in 1:36.93 and won by 2 ½ lengths as the 6-5 favorite. Amazen Grazen was second and Squared Shady third in the field of nine. The race, originally scheduled for the turf, was run on the al-weather track.
