SHAKOPEE, Minn. (Sept. 16, 2021) – Northern California Yearling Sale graduate Minister of Soul cruised to an easy win in Thursday’s $50,000 Tom Metzen H.B.P.A Stakes at Canterbury Park.
Minister of Soul is by Ministers Wild Cat, out of the Bernstein mare Sensitive Soul, was bred by Dahlberg Farms and is owned by trainer Esteban Martinez.
The 7-year-old gelding ran the six furlongs in 1:08.98 and won by 4 ¼ lengths as the 6-5 favorite in the field of five.
