Motown Men, Poshky in Gold Cup

ARCADIA, Calif. (June 24, 2015) – Stakes winner Motown Men and fellow California-bred Poshky are entered in Saturday’s $500,000 Grade I Gold Cup at Santa Anita Stakes.

Motown Men is by Decarchy, out of the Gilded Time mare Ringading, was bred by Mark Gorman and Doug O’Neill, is owned by Gulliver Racing and is trained by Ted West. He has six wins in 29 starts, earnings of $384,459 and is coming off a win in the May 23 Tiznow Stakes.

Poshky is by Vronsky, out of the Bold Padgett mare Pinky’s Posh, was bred by Old English Rancho and Berumen, is owned by Silver Ranch Stable and Wachtel Stable and is trained by Peter Miller. He has four wins in 16 starts, earnings of $167,890 and is coming off a sixth in the May 23 Tiznow.
