ELK GROVE, Calif. (Feb. 19, 2021) — Stakes-placed Sparticle will stand the 2021 breeding season at Daehling Ranch.
Sparticle is the son of the late sire Field Commission, out of the mare Clara Bow, and was foaled May 10, 2015. A Florida-bred colt, his track earnings were $171,099. Sparticle was the top progeny in 2018 for Field Commission with a speed rating of 101 and earnings that year of $92,490.
In 2019 he ranked in the top five progeny of Field Commission with an Equibase speed figure of 113 and earnings of $66,639. Sparticle set the track record for six furlongs of 1:07.68 on August 24, 2019 in a six-length win at Penn National Race Track. Sparticle is a handsome hard-knocking sprinter with the potential to pass on his capabilities to his progeny.
