Teddy’s Barino Enters Chillingworth Stakes

ARCADIA, Calif. (Sept. 29, 2022) – Tranquility Lake stakes winner Teddy’s Barino is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $100,000 Grade III Chillingworth Stakes for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.

Teddy’s Barino is by Grazen, out of the Speightstown mare Miss Rebound, was bred by owners Red Baron’s Barn & Vaya Con Suerte and is trained by Mark Glatt.

She has five wins in eight starts, earnings of $297,090 and has a four-race win streak.

Named in honor of the late Sherwood C. Chillingworth, a highly respected longtime director and Executive Vice President of the Oak Tree Racing Association, Sunday’s Chillingworth has attracted a field of six fillies and mares aged three and up at 6 ½ furlongs.
