INGLEWOOD, Calif. (Nov. 28, 2013) – Tiz Flirtatious, runner-up in the race last year, is the lone California-bred entered in Sunday’s $250,000 Grade I Matriarch Handicap for fillies and mares at Betfair Hollywood Park.
Tiz Flirtatious is by Tizbud, out of the Victory Gallop mare Masquerade Belle, was bred by owner Pamela Ziebarth and is trained by Martin Jones.
She has eight wins in 13 starts, earnings of $774,800 and is coming off a sixth in the Nov. 2 Breeders’ Cup Filly & Mare Turf. She was second in this race last year.
