ARCADIA, Calif. (Sept. 24, 2020) — Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) invites all members to the Northern California Annual Meeting on Oct. 24 at 10 a.m. PT. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the general business meeting will be live-streamed allowing you to participate online and / or by phone. This meeting gives TOC directors an opportunity to bring the membership up to date on important issues and will include a question-and-answer session.
Instructions on how to participate will be emailed to you the day before the event. Please note that your CHRB license MUST be current in order to participate.
