ALBANY, Calif. (Apr. 29, 2023) – Odds-on favorite Top Harbor overcame a late start with a rush in the middle of the stretch to win Saturday’s $75,000 Lost in the Fog Stakes at Golden Gate.
Top Harbor is by Harbor the Gold, out of the He’s Top mare Reba Is Tops, was bred by owners Eric Schweiger, Gordy Jarnig & Kenny Marshall and is trained by Tim McCanna.
He has seven wins in 16 starts, earnings of $327,114 and was coming off a win in an Apr. 1 allowance. He ran the six furlongs in 1:09 4/5 and won by 2 1/4 lengths at odds of 4-5 in the field of seven.
