WINNIPEG, Manitoba (Sept. 15, 2023) – Magic Tiger is the lone California-bred entered in Tuesday’s $50,000 Gold Cup Stakes at Assinboia Downs.
Magic Tiger is by Smiling Tiger, out of the Lucky Pulpit mare Funny Gal, was bred by Robert Heinz & Michelle Machado, is owned by Wind Dancer Stable and Bill Meikle and is trained by Wendy Anderson.
He has 11 wins in 29 starts, earnings of $143,686 and is coming off a win in the Aug. 29 Bocage Stakes.
