Cordiality Enters Royal Heroine Stakes

ARCADIA, Calif. (Apr. 3, 2019) – Multiple stakes winner Cordiality and fellow California-bred Smoovie are entered in Saturday’s $200,000 Grade II Royal Heroine Stakes for fillies and mares at Santa Anita.

Cordiality is by Papa Clem, out of the Unusual Heat mare Warmth, was bred by Dr. Edward Allred, is owned by Donnie Crevier and trained by Tim Yakteen. She has nine wins in 27 starts, earnings of $438,835 and is coming off a third in a Feb. 18 optional claimer.

Smoovie is by Square Eddie, out of the Distorted Humor mare Smoove, was bred by owner Reddam Racing and is trained by Doug O’Neill. She has one win in eight starts, earnings of $58,395 and is coming off a Feb. 28 maiden win.
