LEXINGTON, Ky. (Apr. 3, 2019) – Grade I La Brea Stakes winner Spiced Perfection, the 2018 California-bred Horse of the Year, is entered in Saturday’s $300,000 Grade I Madison Stakes for fillies and mares at Keeneland.
Spiced Perfection is by Smiling Tiger, out of the Pleasantly Perfect mare Perfect Feat, was bred by Premier Thoroughbreds, is owned by Pantofel Stable, Wachtel Stable and Peter Deutsch and is trained by Peter Miller.
She has six wins in 15 starts, earnings of $672,405 and is coming off a second in the Feb. 16 Barbara Fritchie.
