ALBANY, Calif. (Sept. 20, 2018) – The Thoroughbred Owners of California invites all members to the Northern California Annual Meeting, to be held on Saturday, Oct. 20, at 10 a.m. in the Bay View Lounge at Golden Gate Fields.
The general business meeting will allow directors an opportunity to bring the membership up to date on important issues and will include a question-and-answer session. An award presentation will also be made, and a complimentary buffet luncheon will be served.
