A total of 26 entries were taken Wednesday for two new restricted stakes – 13 each in the $200,000 Evening Jewel for 3-year-old fillies and the $200,000 Echo Eddie Stakes for 3-year-old colts and geldings. Additionally, 10 were entered in a $58,000 allowance optional claimer for Cal-breds and 14 were entered in a state-bred maiden special weight race for fillies and mares.
